Evanreads is a reading-assistance tool for students with ADHD and dyslexia, operated from California. This policy explains what information we collect, how your document text is stored (kept in your browser for anonymous use, or in our US database when you are signed in), the third-party services we rely on, and how long we retain your data. It covers sign-in with Google or Apple: Apple shares your name and email address the first time you sign in only, and provides a private relay address instead of your personal one if you use Hide My Email.

It also covers the optional Google Drive and Google Classroom imports: what each one reads, that both are read-only and run entirely in your browser with no access token stored on our servers, and our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

It also covers your rights: California privacy rights under the CCPA and CPRA, deletion and data-export requests, cookies and analytics choices, and parental consent for children under 13 under COPPA. We do not sell your personal data and do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models. For any privacy request, email hello@evanreads.ai.
